Terms and Conditions

General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

 

1. Scope of Application

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all services and offers provided by lisi-bisi experience GmbH (hereinafter referred to as “lisi-bisi”), excluding catering services, within the following business areas:

  • Marriage proposals, elopements & micro weddings

  • Delivery service

  • Outdoor offers (e.g. picnics, fondue backpack)

  • Gift items and packages

  • Events (e.g. organized experiences)

  • Shopping service

These services are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Order”.

 

2. Eligibility to Order

Orders may be placed by persons aged 16 years and older.

By placing an order, you purchase only the consumable content (food and beverages).
The following items remain the property of lisi-bisi and will be collected after the experience (except for the shopping service):

  • Baskets

  • Backpacks

  • Glass containers

  • Labels

  • Other accessories

 

3. Order Deadlines

  • Orders must be placed at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Delivery is generally made on the following day within regular delivery hours or on a date agreed upon individually.

  • Last-minute requests may be accommodated upon request via email: info@lisi-bisi.ch

 

4. Allergies and Intolerances

Please inform us in advance of any allergies or intolerances.
We will gladly work with you to find a suitable solution. Without prior notice, lisi-bisi accepts no liability.

 

5. Delivery Conditions

Accessible Locations

Deliveries are made to locations that are easily accessible by car (e.g. chalets, apartments, houses, picnic spots).

Special Locations

Deliveries to remote or difficult-to-access locations (e.g. alpine huts or secluded spots) are available upon request and may incur additional charges.

 

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 72 hours (3 days) before delivery/event: minimum processing fee of CHF 70.00

  • Within 72 hours up to the delivery/event time: 100% of the total amount

  • Non-deliverable orders (e.g. no guest present): 100% of the total amount

  • Rescheduling: free of charge up to 24 hours before delivery (subject to availability)

 

7. Youth Protection / Alcohol Regulations

Swiss legal regulations apply:

  • Under 16 years: no alcohol permitted

  • Ages 16–17: beer, wine, cider and sparkling wine permitted

  • 18 years and over: all alcoholic beverages permitted

 
ID Verification

For orders containing alcohol, a valid official ID must be presented.

  • Without valid ID, alcohol will not be handed over

  • In such cases, no refund will be granted
