1. Cancellation up to 72 hours before delivery/event: For cancellations made up to 72 hours (3 days) before the agreed delivery or event time, a processing fee of at least CHF 70.00 will be charged. 2. Cancellation within 72 hours: For cancellations less than 72 hours before the agreed delivery or event time, the entire agreed amount (100%) will be charged. 3. Undeliverable services: If the service cannot be provided for reasons beyond lisi-bisi's control (e.g., absence of the customer or guests at the agreed location/time), the full amount (100%) will be charged. 4. Rescheduling: Rescheduling is free of charge up to 24 hours before the agreed delivery or event time, subject to availability. Later rescheduling is considered a cancellation and will be charged according to section 2.
