This charming combination led to the creation of lisi-bisi in 2020 – my very personal passion project.
What once began as a breakfast delivery service for chalet guests has evolved over the years. Today, lisi-bisi stands for tailor-made catering and events, a personalized shopping service, and unique outdoor food experiences – always with meticulous attention to detail and a keen sense of quality.

birthday party
We were able to celebrate our birthday party in Grindelwald with lisi-bisi by Marlies Garbani (delivery service). Marlies Garbani, Catering Grindelwald, made our party a huge success for us and our guests with many delicious culinary delights. We extend our sincere thanks to Marlies and her team.

Cheese fondue at the campsite
We had cheese fondue and it was fantastic! Delicious cheese, prepared ingredients (peeled and sliced, delivered in reusable packaging). Just unpack, slowly warm the cheese with the ingredients, place it on the table, and eat. Everything's included, even the candle. It's a great idea to have something like this delivered. We had it delivered to our campsite, and it worked perfectly with the instructions for where we were staying, and the same went for pickup. We highly recommend it! We'd do it again anytime. Thank you very much.

Breakfast order
A pleasant, clear website, very friendly and punctual delivery, and a truly fantastic breakfast basket, thought through down to the last detail. The food was delicious, fresh, and obviously prepared and presented with a lot of love. The ecological approach and the fact that as much as possible is recycled is also very appealing. I was a rather troublesome customer with an incorrect order (order changes), but Ms. Garbani still behaved extremely professionally. If there were six stars, I would give them here. =) Top!
