Sitenrain Brut, made from 70% Solaris and 30% Souvignier Gris, was produced according to the Méthode Traditionelle. Highest quality. Just like champagne. Sparkling aromas of peach, grapefruit, and lime. Light bubbles on the palate, creamy, soft, bright, and fruity. A slight residual sweetness from the Solaris with a crisp minerality from the Souvignier Gris.
Perfect drinking time: in hot temperatures, when the mood is hot.

An aromatic grape variety with a certain something.
Our oldest vines are 19 years old. The 2023 vintage is a crisp, aromatic white wine.
The ripe grapes were harvested by hand, destemmed, and then left to stand on the cool skins for 2 hours. The grapes were pressed and fermented in cool steel tanks.
Playful and clear.
Perfect drinking time: in warm temperatures, to lighten the mood, to enjoy.
Suits: Asian dishes, raclette.

"The original Valaisan Petite Arvine was first mentioned in a document from 1602. For a long time, the variety was forgotten, but today it is the pearl of Valais white wines and highly valued.
What a wonderful aroma! Open, expressive, and diverse with quince jelly, pink grapefruit, marzipan, and bitter almonds. Incredibly powerful and super-mellow on the palate, thanks to the use of first-class grapes. The wine gradually builds up juice and punch, with notes of nectarine and apricot, then the famous saltiness of the Petite Arvine comes into play, keeping the unbridled fruit in check, keeping the wine fresh and crisp. A wine with class, length, and plenty of potential."
